PCL Closes McMaster Children’s Health Centre P3 Project

PCL Constructors Canada Inc. reached financial and commercial close on the McMaster Children’s Health Centre Project. This $70.5 million design-build-finance P3 project will be constructed across from the Hamilton Health Sciences’ Regional Rehabilitation Centre, and will consolidate certain programs (including autism spectrum disorders services, mental health services, developmental pediatrics and rehabilitation services, and prosthetic and orthotic services) currently located elsewhere in Hamilton. PCL is one of Canada’s largest construction companies and a leader in the P3 sector.
A&B represented PCL with a team that included Douglas Younger, Heidi Visser, Ali Owaisi, Lloyd Cornett, Sam Billard, Jacqueline Goslett and articling student Aaron Baer.
