Join the Aird & Berlis Workplace Law Group for our first in-person Workplace Law Summit since 2019. Our 2022 Summit will provide clear and succinct guidance on issues facing employers as we navigate the return to in-person work, considerations for hybrid operations, as well as other timely workplace matters.

Attendees will enjoy many opportunities to learn from fellow employers during scheduled networking breaks and Q&A sessions with our panel of workplace law experts.

TOPICS INCLUDE

Introductory comments by Lorenzo Lisi: Where have we been and where are we going?

Legal update: The right to disconnect and Digital Platform Workers' Rights Act– what does this mean for employers?

Addressing termination as a business decision: Limiting liability and managing the impact on the workplace

Welcome/sad to see you go: How to deal with incoming and/or departing employees
