Lynn is a partner in the firm’s Corporate Group. She advises clients on general day-to-day corporate and commercial matters and transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, restructurings and corporate financings for private companies.
Lynn has been with Aird & Berlis since summering with the firm in 2017.
