PLANTA Toronto Operators Placed Into Receivership Following RBC Application

On May 19, 2026, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List) granted an order appointing The Fuller Landau Group Inc. as receiver over CHG Canadian Holdings Inc. and Planta Queen Inc., entities associated with PLANTA, a vegan restaurant chain in Toronto.
The application was brought by Royal Bank of Canada (“RBC”) in respect of approximately $1 million in outstanding indebtedness.
