TD Bank Initiates Receivership for Buchh Holding Inc. and Affiliates

On July 31, 2024, Buchh Holding Inc. and its affiliates were placed into receivership following an application by TD Bank, which is owed $3.6 million. Rotalec Canada, the group’s primary operating company, specializes in industrial automation and robotics solutions.
TD Bank appointed Richter as the receiver after discovering financial discrepancies and cash flow issues.
